Everything we pour

Residential and light commercial concrete across Kingman and northwest Arizona. Six things, done properly — and if what you need is not on the list, ask, because it probably still is.

01

Concrete driveways

A driveway is the largest slab most homes will ever have, and the one that carries the heaviest load. Tear-out and replacement, a first pour on a bare lot, or an extension for a second vehicle — the part that decides how it ages is all underneath it.

02

Patios and backyard concrete

The patio is the slab people actually stand on, look at up close, and put furniture on. It gets judged on finish in a way a driveway never does — and in this climate it also has to survive being in full sun at 110°F for months at a time.

Foundations and footings

Footings and foundations are the part of the job that is inspected, engineered and then buried. Everything built on top inherits whatever was done here — which is why this is the one part of a project where cutting the cost is never actually cheaper.

Flatwork and RV pads

Anything flat and structural: RV and boat pads, shop and garage floors, sidewalks, approaches, equipment pads, shed slabs. On the acreage lots out toward Golden Valley and Dolan Springs this is most of what gets poured, and an RV pad is the piece people most often see done wrong.

05

Steps and retaining walls

Grade changes, handled so they stay handled. Steps that are the same height all the way up, and walls that are drained and footed properly so the first serious monsoon does not start moving them.

06

Concrete removal and replacement

Cracked, heaved, sunk, spalling or just past it. Taking concrete out is straightforward; the part worth paying attention to is diagnosing why it failed, because pouring a new slab onto the same problem gets you the same result a few years later.
