Service area
Valle Vista is a golf-course community of about 1,800 people on the north side of AZ-66, roughly 17 miles northeast of Kingman. It is the closest of our outlying areas, it sits at around 3,200 feet, and much of its concrete is now old enough to be asking to be replaced.
An established community means established concrete. Driveways cracked through, aprons that have settled, patios that have lost their surface. Half this work is knowing whether to replace the whole thing or cut out the panels that failed.
New concrete beside old is a matching problem as much as a pouring one. Joint lines that continue rather than nearly line up, and a finish chosen to sit next to a weathered slab rather than fight it.
Driveway replacement and partial panel replacement, patios and patio extensions, walkways, garage and shop slabs, steps and low walls, and RV pads.
Because the community is established, a large share of the work here is removal and replacement rather than first pours — and the useful skill is knowing which parts genuinely need to come out.
Not every cracked driveway needs replacing. Where the slab is sound and the failure is confined to a panel or two, cutting on the existing joints and pouring back saves real money.
Where the subgrade is what moved, patching buys a couple of years. We would rather tell you that at the estimate than take the smaller job twice. The tell is usually in the crack pattern — settlement cracks radiate from a corner, joint-spacing cracks run straight across the middle of a panel.
At around 3,200 feet Valle Vista is on the freeze side of the line, like Kingman. Exterior flatwork should be air entrained, and cold-weather pours want protection.
It is also the shortest run from Kingman of any community we serve — about 17 miles up Route 66 — which makes scheduling here more flexible than most of the service area.

Often yes. If the surrounding slab is sound we saw cut on the existing joints, take out the failed panels and pour back. If the subgrade failed, replacing panels treats the symptom — we will tell you which one you have.
Not exactly, and nobody's will. Concrete that has been in Arizona sun for twenty years has a colour that new concrete does not. We can get close, and a clean joint line on an existing control joint looks deliberate rather than patched.
It is about 25 minutes from Kingman, so scheduling here is easier than most of our area. Call and we will give you a real date.
