Eastin Concrete & Construction LLC, concrete contractor in Kingman, Arizona. Driveways, patios, foundations, flatwork, RV pads, steps and retaining walls.

It starts under the slab

Grade, compaction, forms and steel. The part nobody ever sees is the part that decides whether your driveway is still flat in ten years.

Mud goes down once

Right mix, right day, right size crew standing there when the truck backs in. Concrete does not offer a second attempt.

Mix ordered to specPlaced in one run

The finish is the whole job

Screed, float, trowel, broom. Timing decides whether a surface sheds water for decades or starts flaking after one winter.

Built strong. Built right.

Clean edges, straight joints, water running where it should. Then the forms come out and the site gets swept before we leave it.

Why the base matters here

The desert is hard on a slab

Hundred and ten degree pours, monsoon rain that arrives sideways, and ground that moves when it finally gets wet. Concrete poured the way it is poured somewhere mild will not survive that. Mix, thickness, steel placement and joint spacing all get set for the conditions here.

You talk to the crew that pours it

The person who walks your job is the person on the trowel. Nothing gets lost between an office and a subcontractor.

In writing

Square footage, thickness, steel, finish

All of it on the estimate before anyone orders a truck.

When we leave

Forms out, site swept

You should not be able to tell where the truck parked.

How a job actually runs

  1. 01

    You call or text

Tell us roughly what you want poured and where. If a photo is easier than a description, send the photo.

  2. 02

    We come look at it

On site, in person. We measure, check truck access, and look at where the water goes when it rains.

  3. 03

    You get it in writing

An estimate with the square footage, the thickness, the steel and the finish spelled out. No verbal guesses.

  4. 04

    We pour it

Scheduled around the weather and the plant, then finished, cured, and cleaned up behind us.
